- 1 yellow cake mix (with pudding), baked as directed
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 container Cool Whip
- coconut
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Boil the sugar and pineapple together for 5 minutes.

2Pour over hot cake and let cool.

3Make up the vanilla pudding as directed on box. Slice the bananas thin and add to the pudding. Spread over pineapple layer.

4Spread Cool Whip over the pudding layer. Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts over top.

5Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
