  • 1 yellow cake mix (with pudding), baked as directed
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • coconut
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Boil the sugar and pineapple together for 5 minutes.

    Pour over hot cake and let cool.
  3. 3
    Make up the vanilla pudding as directed on box. Slice the bananas thin and add to the pudding. Spread over pineapple layer.

    Spread Cool Whip over the pudding layer. Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts over top.

    Keep leftovers in refrigerator.
