  • 1 Loaf dried-broken bread
  • 1 lb. Pork Sausage (seasoned)
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 pint applesauce

Directions

    Fry out sausage and add chopped vegetable (simmer). Add to bread crumbs. Then I add water to the pan and pour over for moistening. Add 1 pint applesauce if more moistening is needed. I like adding can chicken and rice soup. Season with salt & sage sparingly as pork sausage has quite a kick.
