  • 1 cup Dried Apple
  • 2-1/2 cups Water
  • 3 sticks Cinnamon, Divided
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Lemon Zest

Directions

    Boil chopped dried apple, water and 1 cinnamon stick together until apples rise and are tender. It will get a little thicker then.

    Divide into cups while it is still hot. Halve cinnamon sticks and put them into each cup. Sprinkle dried lemon zest on them and serve.

    You can store the rest in the refrigerator for a few days. Just heat it when you crave a heartwarming and aromatic drink on these cold days.
