  • 1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • chopped pecans

Directions
