- 1 c. dried apricots
- 1 c. pitted dates
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1/2 c. confectioner sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
- ground nuts for garnish (optional)
Directions

1In a chopping bowl or food processor, finely chop the apricots, dates, raisins and coconut.

2Stir in the sugar and juice, mixing the ingredients thoroughly.

3Snip off enough mixture to shape into 1-inch balls (first dusting hands with powdered sugar).

4Roll the fruit balls in the coconut or nuts.

5Place the fruit balls in layers in a container, separating the layer with wax paper and tightly cover the container.
