- 75 g dried apricots
- 85 g pitted prunes
- 75 g dried peaches
- 75 g dried pears
- 45 g dried apples, slices
- 6 dried figs
- 6 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 pieces orange rind
- 4 earl grey tea bags
- 55 g caster sugar
- 3 cups boiling water
Directions

1Combine dried fruit in bowl with cloves, cinnamon sticks and rind.

2Place tea bags and sugar in a jug.

3Cover with boiling water, stir till sugar is dissolved.

4Stand for 5 minutes.

5Discard tea bags, pour over fruit.

6Chill, covered overnight.

7Serve with yoghurt.
