  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped, divided
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 8 whole strawberries, hulled Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

    Preheat oven to 325F.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Place 1/2 cup of the chopped chocolate in heavy saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

    Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended.

    Add egg; mix well.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake 35 min.

    Cool.

    Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

    Place remaining 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and the butter in saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.
