  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. milk or chicken stock

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add melted butter and milk. Blend together.

    Batter should be moist and stiff.

    Drop by teaspoon into boiling liquid.

    Cover and cook 18 minutes.
