- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
- 1/3 c. milk or chicken stock
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Add melted butter and milk. Blend together.

3Batter should be moist and stiff.

4Drop by teaspoon into boiling liquid.

5Cover and cook 18 minutes.

6Yields 1 dozen dumplings.
