  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Hershey bars, grated

    Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 2/3 cup crushed peanuts, vanilla wafers and butter together. Put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
