- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine, melted
- 6 oz. (3/4 c.) light beer
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 8 (8 oz.) bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned
Directions

1In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, combine first 5 ingredients. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat.

3Refrigerate overnight, turning chicken occasionally.

4Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.

6Place chicken, bone side down, on rack and grill 20 minutes, brushing with marinade. Turn chicken.
