  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine, melted
  • 6 oz. (3/4 c.) light beer
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 8 (8 oz.) bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned

    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, combine first 5 ingredients. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat.
