- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- cornstarch or flour
- 1 bottle white wine
- tarragon to taste
- 1 pkg. noodles
Directions

1Remove excess fat from chicken breasts.

2Pierce breasts with a fork on both sides.

3Place chicken in a frying pan.

4Fill pan with wine up to the halfway mark of chicken.

5Poach chicken for approximately 7 minutes on each side.

6Add wine if it falls below the halfway mark during poaching.

7Remove chicken and place on a bed of noodles.
