  • 3 lb. smoked sausage
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 12 oz. hot picante sauce
  • 1 c. bourbon

    Cook sausage according to package directions, then slice. Combine brown sugar, sauce and bourbon in Dutch oven.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours, stirring often.
