- vegetable oil for frying
- deep fryer at 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne
- dash pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt.
- 10 pieces of buffalo cut wings-frozen (defrost and pat dry)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Louisiana Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- dash garlic powder
- dash pepper
Directions

1Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees (175 C.).

2Defrost wings and pat dry.

3In large bowl combine wings ingredients.

4Coat wings with flour mixture and refrigerate 90 minutes.

5Place coated wings in oil 10-15 minutes.

6Drain on paper towel.

7Place hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and dash of pepper in small sauce pan on low heat.

8Heat until well blended.

9pour sauce over wings and toss well.
