  • 2 gal. peaches, peelings on and sliced thin
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Pour sugar over peaches.

    Let set 3 hours or overnight.

    Pour vinegar over them. Cook very slowly until they are dry. Stir constantly.

    Pack in hot jars and seal.
