  • 1/3 c. warm water
  • 2 1/2 c. raw, shelled peanuts

    In a bowl, dissolve salt in water.

    Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Drain well.

    Spread on shallow, rimmed cookie sheet.

    Bake in 275° oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring every 15 minutes.
