  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, separated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450F and butter a baking dish.

    Combine the mashed potatoes, butter and salt with the beaten egg yolks; pipe into balls, hearts, or other shapes using a pastry bag.

    Place in dish and brush with slightly beaten egg whites.
