- 2 sticks butter
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 2 medium size onions, chopped
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 2 c. rice
- flour, salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and fry until lightly brown.

2Then add beef bouillon.

3Cook rice and stir into first mixture.

4Split the ducks in half; dust in flour, salt and pepper and quick-fry in butter until light brown.

5Put rice mixture in large casserole or roasting pan and place the duck on top of rice.

6Cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.
