- 5 ounces snow peas trimmed, thinly sliced
- 1 green mango thinly sliced
- 3 shallots thinly sliced
- 4 ounces mizuna
- 5 sprigs fresh mint leaves picked
- 5 sprigs cilantro leaves fresh, picked
- 1 red chili fresh long, thinly sliced
- dressing
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar grated
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
Directions

1Toss together chopped duck meat, snow peas, mango, shallots, mizuna, herbs and chili. Whisk together ingredients for dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
