Ingredients: 1 box Wheat Chex (15 oz.); 1 box Rice Chex (12 oz.); 1 box Corn Chex (12 oz.); 1 box Cheerios (10 oz.); 1 box pretzel sticks (10 oz.); 2 c. peanuts (salted); 2 c. pecans halves; 2 c. cashews; 1 c. bacon drippings; 1 stick butter; 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. garlic salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce; 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 box Wheat Chex (15 oz.)
1 box Rice Chex (12 oz.)
1 box Corn Chex (12 oz.)
1 box Cheerios (10 oz.)
1 box pretzel sticks (10 oz.)
2 c. peanuts (salted)
2 c. pecans halves
2 c. cashews
1 c. bacon drippings
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Place first 8 ingredients in a large plastic bag and tumble until thoroughly mixed.

In a saucepan, mix remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and set aside until warm.

Dribble sauce mixture over cereals while continuing to tumble in the plastic bag.

Continue tumbling until all cereal is coated.

Taste and add more seasoning here to taste.

I add more garlic salt and cayenne.

Bake in small quantities at 225° for 1 hour.

Use shallow broiling pan approximately 2-inches deep and leave space so the mixture can be stirred or shaken frequently to prevent burning.
