- 2 tablespoons blanched hazelnuts (without skins)
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
Directions

1Place first 5 ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat; cook 4 minutes or until fragrant and toasted, shaking pan frequently.

2Pour spice mixture onto a plate; cool 5 minutes. Place mixture in a spice or coffee grinder (or in a mortar and pestle); add remaining ingredients. Process or grind until coarsely ground. Spread in a shallow bowl.
