Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin (to taste)
  • 2 tsp. ground coriander (to taste)
  • Salt/Pepper

Directions

    Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet until golden, turn onto plate to cool.

    Toast almonds, cumin and coriander in skillet until fragrant, add to sesame seeds.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with french bread slices and olive oil, or sprinkle on roasted vegetables after cooking.
