- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. ground cumin (to taste)
- 2 tsp. ground coriander (to taste)
- Salt/Pepper
Directions

1Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet until golden, turn onto plate to cool.

2Toast almonds, cumin and coriander in skillet until fragrant, add to sesame seeds.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Serve with french bread slices and olive oil, or sprinkle on roasted vegetables after cooking.
