  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup (do not drain)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. or 1 stick margarine, cut into thin slices

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease 9 x 11-inch pan.

    Dump undrained pineapple in pan; spread evenly.

    Dump pie filling on top and spread evenly.

    Dump dry cake mix on cherry layer and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle pecans over cake mix.

    Put slices of margarine on top.

    Bake 48 to 53 minutes.
