- 2 tsp Coriander
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 1/3 tsp Red chili pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cardamon
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
Directions

1Measure out all of the spices and mix.

2Dry roast the spices in a frying-pan over low heat for about 5 minutes.

3*Keep stirring with a wooden spatula or shake the pan consistently.

4Transfer spices to a bowl or shallow container.
