Dump Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
• 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into thin slices
• 1 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 5 eggs
• 2 3/4 c. sifted flour
• 1/4 c. potato starch or cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. chocolate extract
• 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
• 1 tsp. instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water
• 3/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
