  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice pack)
  • 1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 stick butter, cut in pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. starter mix (you just received this from a friend)
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, chopped (and the juice)
  • 1 medium size can crushed pineapple with the juice
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 jars maraschino cherries with the juice

    Stir twice daily until the 30th day.
