  • 200 grams dumpling skin
  • 1 pepper
  • 250 grams minced pork meat
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 salt
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 120 grams prawn
  • 50 grams water chesnut (cut to mini cubes)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)

    mix all filling ingredient

    put a small part of mixture meat at half of the dumpling skin

    fold from up to down and stick it with water

    fry the dumpling until golden colour

    or you may cook in soup.

    once see the dumpling float to the surface it means cooked.
