Ingredients

  • 6 T butter
  • 1 T Crisco
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c flour

Directions

    Mix butter, Crisco, milk and salt.

    Add egg and flour mixture and roll out thin.

    Cut into strips.
  4. 4
    Drop into boiling broth and cook until done.

    Dumplings may be cut into strips and placed on wax paper in plastic container.

    Place in freezer and use as needed.
