- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, margarine and egg into a soft dough.

2Divide into two balls.

3Roll out thin using lots of flour.

4Let dry for 1 to 2 hours.

5Cut into 2-inch squares.

6Drop into chicken broth. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, then 10 to 15 minutes with lid on.
