- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 c. flour
- 6 to 8 stale hard rolls
Directions

1Dice 6 to 8 stale hard rolls.

2Whisk milk, eggs and dash of salt and pour over bread.

3Let sit.

4Chop one small onion.

5Cook onion in butter and parsley.

6Add to bread.

7Add flour and mix well.

8With wet hands, form balls.

9Place balls gently in boiling salted water.

10Boil 10 to 15 minutes.

11Place on rack to dry. Serve with melted butter and parsley.

12(After cooking, can be frozen.

13Put in buttered pan to reheat in oven or can microwave to reheat.)
