- 5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 ounce yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 12 cups milk
Directions

1Put flour salt & eggs in bowl.

2Heat milk and sugar to lukewarm.

3Add crumbled yeast and wait for it to rise, add milk mixture to flour and egg.

4And mix well.

5Roll out with hands on a flour board, until no longer sticky.

6Return to bowl flour top and cover with dish cloth.

7Let rise.

8divide into 6 balls and roll into fingers.

9Let rise in warm place.

10Boil water drop in 2 fingers for 5 minute Turn and cook 5 more minutes.

11Do this until done.

12Slice with string and brush with melted butter.

131st rise about 2 hours till double.

142nd rise about 1 hour then start water.

15This is real good with a thick chicken gravy or beef, pork.
