- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour and dry ingredients, then add to Crisco.

2Mix with pastry blender or fork until mealy.

3Add liquid and knead lightly a few times to mix.

4Let stand 15 minutes.

5After 15 minutes, roll thin.

6Cut in strips about 2 1/2 inches long, or as desired.
