  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce parfait amour
  • 1 teaspoon absinthe, preferably Pernod
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions

    In a mixing glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the twist; fill with ice and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

    Pinch the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
