- 5 -6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour (or more)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 400.

2Toss apples with lemon juice.

3Blend the other filling ingredients.

4Add apples and raisins.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell.

7Melt margarine.

8Add oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

9Sprinkle over pie mixture and slightly press down with hands.

10Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until topping is brown and apples are tender.
