- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Put 9 to 10-inch ovenproof pan or skillet into oven to preheat.

3Melt butter in pan or skillet as it heats.

4Mix together and beat until no lumps remain the eggs, milk, flour and salt.

5Pour into preheated pan or skillet.

6Cook 20 minutes.

7Serve immediately with syrup, jam, whatever.

8Dutch Baby should be puffed and slightly brown on top.
