- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Put butter in 3 to 4-quart size dish.

2Set into 425° oven, while mixing batter.

3Put eggs in blender at high speed 1 minute. Gradually pour in milk; slowly add flour.

4Continue whirling 30 seconds.

5Pour batter slowly into pan with melted butter.

6Bake until puffy and browned, approximately 20 minutes.
