  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

    Heat oven to 425F.

    Put butter in a 8x8-inch pan or 9-inch pie pan with tall sides place in oven.

    Blend eggs in blender for 1 minute.

    Add milk; gradually add flour and blend for 30 seconds.

    Pour into pan of melted butter.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.

    Or, our favorite, butter then squeeze fresh lemon juice over a slice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
