- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 heaping c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 2 c. cream
Directions

1Mix the sugar, flour and salt in an unbaked pie shell.

2Mix thoroughly with hands until well blended.

3Pour the cream over the dry ingredients; do not mix.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° until bubbly and light brown on top.

5The pie will be thin but will thicken when cool.
