  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 heaping c. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. cream

Directions

    Mix the sugar, flour and salt in an unbaked pie shell.

    Mix thoroughly with hands until well blended.

    Pour the cream over the dry ingredients; do not mix.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° until bubbly and light brown on top.

    The pie will be thin but will thicken when cool.
