  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or 1 (No. 2) can green beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Cook green beans if they are frozen, adding seasonings. Dissolve cornstarch in the water.

    Add vinegar and brown sugar and bring to a boil.

    When beans are tender, add sauce and simmer about 2 minutes.
