  • 1 lb. dry small lima beans, presoaked
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 ham hock or leftover ham

    If using ham hock, remove and cut off meat, adding meat back to pot.
