- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Set a 10-inch heavy skillet with heat resistant handle over low heat.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Tilt pan to coat sides and bottom.

5Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs and milk together.

6Stirring constantly, blend egg mixture into flour mixture.

7Quickly pour batter into hot skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.

8Place pan in oven and bake at 425° for about 10 minutes or until pancake is light golden brown and top springs back when touched.

9Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
