Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 or 3 carrots, shredded

    Combine cabbage, pepper, onion and carrots.

    Pour sugar over all; set aside.

    Combine all remaining ingredients in small saucepan.

    Bring to boil.

    Pour over cabbage and stir. Refrigerate.
