  • 3 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. Colby cheese, shredded

    If frozen, thaw potatoes.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
