- 2 lb. hamburg
- 2 small cans tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato soup
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 5 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook sauce together with a little water, then put celery, peppers and onions in sauce and cook slowly for about 3 hours.

2Fry hamburg in balls with margarine, throw in sauce and let cook 1/2 hour more, stirring frequently.

3Serve over hamburg or hot dog buns.
