- 1 kg ground beef
- 20 piece green chili
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 head garlic, chopped
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 20 piece spring roll wrapper
- 1 cheddar cheese (sliced lenghtwise)
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Wash chilies and pat dry.

2Slice one side of the chili and remove seeds (make sure to wear gloves).

3Set aside.

4Heat pan and add about 3 tablespoons of oil.

5Add garlic, cook until golden brown.

6Add onions until cooked.

7Set aside.

8Cook and brown beef.

9Mix taco seasoning and cooked garlic and onions.

10Turn heat off and let it cool a little.

11Prepare and lay 1 wrapper on a flat surface.

12Stuff 1 green chili with a teaspoon or tablespoon of cooked ground beef mixture and add a slice/cut cheese.

13Roll stuffed chili in wrapper and secure sides with a bit of water.

14Fry chili using remaining oil for 3-5 minutes or until wrapper is golden brown.

15Serve with chili sauce or dip.
