  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon
  • whipping cream or whipped topping
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk and ReaLemon.

    Pour into prepared pastry shell.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Cool.

    Chill.

    Top with whipping cream.
