   Preheat oven at 170°C

   Heat the milk and infuse 1 tsp of tea, during 4min. Pass through a sieve and keep the milk.

   Powder the other tsp of tea.

   Mix the milk, eggs and vanilla

   Put all the dry ingredients and the powdered tea in a bowl. Mix slowly.

   Add the butter and half of the milk mix.

   Mix slowly and then speed up during 1min.

   Add the rest of the milk mix and mix during 1min.

   Bake 20 to 35min

    For the icing : Mix all the ingredients (200g sugar) during 4min on medium speed. Then add another 200g sugar, and mix during 1min. Then you can add food coloring.
