  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 box German moist cake mix
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Philly cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Stir together pecans and coconut and put on bottom of pan. Then add half of cake mix.
  2. 2
    (Mix cake as directed on box.)
  3. 3
    Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and margarine and pour over cake mix.
  4. 4
    Add second half of cake mix and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
