  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix cake as directed on box. Grease and flour 9 X 13 cake pan. Cover bottom of pan with coconut and chopped nuts. Spoon cake mix over. Mix margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon in globs on top of cake mix. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes at 350.
