  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. Baker's coconut (moister, improved)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 box Duncan Hines German chocolate cake mix (I use Swiss chocolate; not as strong)

Directions

    Spray 10 x 15-inch pan with Baker's Joy.

    Put pecans and coconut in bottom.
  3. 3
    Mix cake mix as directed and pour over.

    Soften margarine and cream cheese and mix well.
  5. 5
    Mix with confectioners sugar.

    Spoon in globs over cake and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
