Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 (18 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan.

3Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.

4Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour over coconut and pecans.

5In separate bowl mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until creamy.

6Drop by tablespoonfuls on top of cake mix.

7Bake for 45 minutes and wait to see the earthquake.
